Diary Entry Day 24
I Was Duped. I entered the gates of Ireem only to be arrested immediately upon my arrival. Darklord accused me of crimes I did not commit and took me to a holding cell for trial. From there I was transferred to the trial bench and received a good defense lawyer.  Even though my case was well proven to be innocent I was fined 322G$ by this KANGAROO COURT. I had no choice to pay and filed my complaints. Justice is not blind. They were all caught and properly punished for duping me and several other girls. Serves them right!!

Diary Entry Day 28
Princess Lillie acquired a horse. A beautiful white steed that runs like lighting. I would like to ride her, but I am afraid to ask.

Diary Entry Day 29
I was bitten by a rabid dog (oneflea). I am very sick now and was cared for by the Physician. I did not get her name but am grateful for her care. Ireem needs animal control.

Diary Entry Day 32
We have new guard Acher, I said he was a meanie for what he did, but was scolded for speaking. As it was pointed out to me, “I bring these things on myself”.  Humph.  He had just got done thrashing a pickpocket stupid enough to pickpocket a guard and we bumped into each other.  Well he said I needed an escort; I assured him I could take care of myself. He seemed to think that was not the case and took it upon himself to prove me wrong .The brute picked me up by my neck scruff and dragged me back to the palace. I still have thumb prints on the back of my neck. Owe. I told on him and was scolded more by the Captain of the guard. Sometimes a girl cannot win.

Diary Entry Day 35
I have heard, and this is second hand, that slavers took a Harem girl. One of the guards tried to take her back, but was overcome by their numbers and beaten for his attempt. Such horrible times that a slaver would be brash or foolish enough to attack the Palace.

I am still shaken and in denial of what I saw . I was sitting by the docks resting behind Lady Rachel. Mistress Sunceray was in the water; both were in full Mermaid plumage. A man was wandering by the water. Sunceray began singing low and sweetly to him; she called him to swim with her.  Her song was lovely and soothing almost a dream. He refused at first, but after much coaxing and singing he gave way and waded to her. She asked for a kiss and he gave her a sweet one.  Then to my shock he fell still and slid into the water floating lifeless on the surface. Then, oh the horror, she pulled him down to drown him! I hid my face for fear but could do nothing. I was over-come by terror.  Just before he died she released her death kiss and brought him back to life. Sputtering and wet he made his way to shore. She sent him away with a warning of death should he ever darken her door again. I am still shaking, but must accept this as she is my owner and I have no say in her doings, or the ways of the Mer. I am to naive to know better, but smart enough to not speak against her.

Diary Entry Day 39
I won the Best in Black Contest at the new tavern in Kos2!!  I was not very well behaved that night.  I guess because I don't get out much, and when I do, I go a bit overboard. Nonetheless, I am so happy to win. I wore my favorite Japanese lingerie; very exotic. The music was exciting. The friends I made and those I have here in Ireem are so dear to me, it made the night wonderful.
